salmon is actually like the best thing that you could probably eat if you're looking to build muscle excellent excellent excellent food to eat I love salmon I also have chicken breasts even though with that it started getting a little on the dry side for me so mmm I like ground turkey and I'll eat things like drumsticks or chicken thighs and that's fine for me and I do little thing as well just like chop it up and I'll add cilantro or I like spinach to it I eat a lot of sweet potatoes love sweet potato and it's actually a really good part
